Service Level Terms

Note: If these Terms, Policies, or Agreements are available in multiple languages, and any discrepancies exist between translations, the English version shall prevail.
1. AVAILABILITY COMMITMENT
BabySea is committed to maintaining 99.99% monthly availability for its Services ("Availability"). Availability is calculated on a calendar-month basis and excludes:
- Weekends and public holidays.
- Scheduled maintenance periods.
- Maintenance requested by the User at a specific time.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance via our official status page: https://status.babysea.ai.
2. EXCLUSIONS FROM DOWNTIME
Downtime caused by the following factors will be excluded from Availability calculations:
- Events outside BabySea's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, or internet service provider failures ("Force Majeure").
- Failures or downtime of third-party services or infrastructure not operated by BabySea.
- User-requested downtime or configuration changes.
This ensures that Availability metrics reflect only the periods directly impacted by BabySea's systems and operations.
3. TRANSPARENCY AND RELIABILITY
BabySea's approach to service level measurement is designed to provide Users with:
- Accurate reporting of system uptime.
- Clear exclusions for uncontrollable or scheduled events.
- Reliable expectations for service performance.
We are committed to maintaining high standards of operational excellence and communicating openly about system status and performance.
